Shipping:

How much is shipping?

If your order is over $100 and being sent via ground delivery within the U.S., shipping is on us! If your order is under $100, our flat rate is $7.50 for ground delivery. If you need it sooner, we offer faster options at higher rates that you can choose at checkout. (We don’t ship internationally...yet!)

How fast will my order ship?

It usually takes us 1-2 business days to process, pack and ship your order. During more busy holiday periods, this process may take slightly longer, but we will do our best to get it to you quickly!

After it ships, how long will it take before my order gets to me? 

If you choose our default ground shipping option, you should get it within 3-5 business days of the package leaving our warehouse. If you can’t wait that long, there are other options to pick from at checkout (prices will be listed for these when you make your selection).

I don’t live in the United States, can I still place an order? 

Unfortunately, we don’t have an international shipping option--yet. Please send us a note at shop@woodleylowe.com to let us know you’re interested in international shipping (and maybe tell us where you’re based) and we will let you know as soon as we’re able to deliver in your country. 

Returns:

To Make An “It-Just-Didn't-Work” Return

We get it--sometimes it just doesn’t work, so we’re happy to offer free returns and/or exchanges. Whatever you’re returning must be unworn and returned within 30 days of purchase. We’ll pay for your return shipping--we just send you a quick questionnaire first to tell us why so we can make it better the next time around.

Your order should come with a free return label inside the parcel. If you need to return it, you can just stick that on the original packaging (or you can use a different box/mailer, too) and drop it off at your local FedEx location (or FedEx dropbox), or you can schedule a FedEx pick up.  If you have any questions or need to request a new return label, no worries, just email us at shop@woodleylowe.com and we’ll be in touch to help.

Once we receive your return and have the chance to give it a look, we’ll initiate your refund, which will go to the method of payment used on the order. If you paid with a credit or debit card, it can take a few days for the company to process a refund and show the money in your account. If you prefer not to wait for a refund, email us at shop@woodleylowe.com with your order details and we can add a store credit to your W+LLET that can be used right away.

To Make An Evergreen Return

We also know that, after many, many wears, even your most favorite clothes have an expiration date. And since nothing makes us sadder than imagining our pieces sitting in a landfill, we’d love to take them back and do something else with them. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve had it or what condition it’s in, send us any Woodley + Lowe piece and we’ll cover shipping.

Just send us an email at shop@woodleylowe.com letting us know you have worn pieces we can take off your hands and we'll reply with a shipping label for you to use for the return.  Once we've had a chance to inspect the condition of the piece(s), we'll either donate or recycle, and you'll get W+L$$$ in your W+LLET as a thank you for making the world a better place, one garment at a time!
