The best way to care for your garments (and the planet!) is by hand washing them and hanging them out to dry, but we know that’s not always easy to do. All the fabrics we choose can be machine washed and dried--you can find specific instructions for each piece on the care labels inside. To prevent the fabric from pilling, we recommend you wash and dry at the lowest temperature possible.
We made up our very own size scale based on research and actual bodies, not just the way things have always been. Our clothes are also designed and made for a better fit. Don’t worry, we’ve made it easy to figure out your best size with our handy fit calculator.
First off, we’re sorry for any wait as we work hard to incorporate our community’s feedback! We launched with an initial run of sizes, but plan to scale our pieces based on your requests. Please send us a note to shop@woodleylowe.com with more details on what you’d like from us and we will be in touch ASAP.
If your order is over $100 and being sent via ground delivery within the U.S., shipping is on us! If your order is under $100, our flat rate is $7.50 for ground delivery. If you need it sooner, we offer faster options at higher rates that you can choose at checkout. (We don’t ship internationally...yet!)
It usually takes us 1-2 business days to process, pack and ship your order. During more busy holiday periods, this process may take slightly longer, but we will do our best to get it to you quickly!
If you choose our default ground shipping option, you should get it within 3-5 business days of the package leaving our warehouse. If you can’t wait that long, there are other options to pick from at checkout (prices will be listed for these when you make your selection).
Unfortunately, we don’t have an international shipping option--yet. Please send us a note at shop@woodleylowe.com to let us know you’re interested in international shipping (and maybe tell us where you’re based) and we will let you know as soon as we’re able to deliver in your country.
We can accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal, or you can set up your WL account to receive credits to use on site.
Anyone (a parent, bestie, mentor…you get the idea!) can send money into your account / W+LLET to use whenever you want to shop. What’s more, we’ll add money to your W+LLET the more you shop or when you refer friends and they shop. At checkout, just select that payment option and you can apply some or all of your balance to your order total.
We do! Our gift cards are a great way to spread the W+L love--just a heads up, they’re non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. To purchase a gift card or learn more, click here.
Definitely, we just have a few rules. Items must be unworn and returned within 30 days of purchase. We’ll pay for your return shipping--we just ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire to tell us what didn’t work, so we can make it better the next time around.
Please email us at hi@woodleylowe.com to let us know you'd like to make a return or exchange, and we will email you a pre-paid return label. You can stick that on the original packaging (it’s OK if you use a different box, too) and drop it off at your local FedEx or USPS location, or you can schedule a FedEx pick up.
Once we receive your return and have a chance to make sure it’s in new condition, we will process your refund, which will go to the method of payment used on the order. Alternatively, if you'd like a store credit instead, please shoot us an email at shop@woodleylowe.com with your order details and store credit request
Consider this our way of saying thank you! When you tell friends about us and they use your code to shop with us for the first time, you earn $5 in store credit and they get $5 off their first order--simple, easy, done! You also get rewards $$ for shopping--for every $100 you spend with us, we add $5 to your account. Lastly, we want to reward you for helping us take care of our planet. When you’ve worn out or grown out of your W+L faves, you can send them back to us. We’ll donate or upcycle them and add $$ to your WL account, depending on the condition they’re in!
If you request a refund on a return, we subtract that amount from your total spending level. If that causes you to drop below a rewards mark, those reward $$ will no longer be in your account :( (But we know you’ll earn it back!) And don’t worry--exchanges are np!
Our rewards dollars aren’t directly shareable, but you can always use them to send someone an e-gift card and spread the love.

Our original group of Ambassadors has been with us since the very beginning! We all worked together to figure out what Woodley + Lowe should be, what’s important to us, and what pieces we wanted to make first. Now, we are excited to welcome new Ambassadors on a rolling basis to help us wear test new products, get the word out about W+L, host events, and more fun stuff. No...but also kinda yes. We felt like we weren’t seeing any brands making versatile clothing that checks off form AND function. There’s too much garbage--things made to be worn just once and then tossed out. We saw a need for clothes that would fit better and last longer, so we are creating with intention. We use higher quality fabrics in styles that look cool but feel timeless, so you’ll want to wear them day in and day out. Once you’re finished? Send them back to us! We’ll do the work of upcycling or recycling them, you’ll get rewarded, and our clothes will live on.
That’s the goal, and we’re working on it! Unfortunately, it’s hard to find sustainable fabrics that are comfortable, functional, not too expensive (so we can keep our pieces affordable), and accessible to small brands like us. But we are constantly looking into the best options available, from subbing recycled poly yarn into our Cozy Cloud Fleece or on zippers and elastics, to using recycled and compostable packing materials. You can help us, too! When you shop with W+L, you’re helping us to grow our volume and ultimately source better options and demand more from our vendors.
